Laura North Voyages is a luxury division of WorldWide Travel Team, an independently owned Dream Vacations agency. Your advisor is Laura North. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Laura North Voyages.

Information you give us. When you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), the kind of trip you have in mind, and your message. When you schedule a consultation through Calendly, we receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and any notes about your trip.

If you take the trip quiz and send a trip request, I store your quiz answers, my recommendation and the details you share so I can follow up and plan your trip.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit, such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, and through our website host's standard visit records.

• To respond to your inquiries and to plan and book the travel you ask us to arrange.
• To send you information you have requested.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including showing our ads to people who have visited this site.

To book a trip for you, we share the details needed to make it happen, such as names, contact details, travel dates, and any documents or preferences required, with the cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, travel insurers, and other suppliers involved, and with our host agency network that processes bookings. Those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies.

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). A small piece of code from Meta that records page visits, clicks on our consultation booking button, and successful Contact form submissions, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta Privacy Policy

• Google. We load our typefaces from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map of our office. Loading these sends your IP address and browser details to Google. Google Privacy Policy
• Supabase. Quiz trip requests are stored securely in a database I manage with Supabase. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Lovable. Our website is hosted on Lovable, which also stores Contact form submissions in a secure database and sends our form emails from notify.lauranorthvoyages.com. As part of hosting, it keeps standard visit records. Lovable Privacy Policy

The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize visits to this site and connect them with Facebook and Instagram, so we can see whether our ads are helpful and show them to people who may be interested.

• You can control the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram settings, through Meta's Ad Preferences.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers also let you block tracking scripts altogether.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, the Meta Pixel does not load on this site.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, using advertising tools like the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

You can opt out of this sharing in any of these ways: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, block cookies or tracking in your browser settings, or email us at LNorth@DreamVacations.com with the subject "Do Not Share."

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sharing for advertising. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We will never treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, email or call us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, to protect your information.

We keep information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, tax, and supplier record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, though, so please do not send passport numbers or payment card numbers through the website Contact form. We will arrange a secure way to collect those when your booking needs them.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Travel for minors is arranged through their parent or guardian.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
