Anything from a small family celebration of 8 to 12 travelers up through hosted departures of 20 to 40 guests. The right size depends on the destination and the cruise line or hotel. On a consultation call we'll talk through what you have in mind and I'll be honest about what actually works well at that scale.
Do you host the group yourself?

Sometimes, yes. I lead select hosted departures where being onsite adds real value, such as milestone celebrations, cruise groups, or affinity trips. For other groups I plan the trip in detail but the group travels on their own with a clear day-by-day, contacts, and my support behind the scenes.
